Hydraulic cone crusher Working Principle:

When hydraulic cone crusher working, The motor through the belt, a transmission shaft, bevel gear pair drives the eccentric sleeve to rotate, the moving cone do spin in the eccentric sleeve under the action of the moving cone pendulum motion and static cone and sometimes near deviation. Material and crushed in the crushing cavity is continuously pressed, impact, broken material from the lower part of the discharge.

This machine consist of frame, transmission, hollow eccentric shaft, bowl-shaped bearing, crushing cone, springs and hydraulic pressure station for adjusting discharge opening. During operation, motor drives eccentric shaft shell to rotate through a horizontal axle and a pair of bevel gear. The axle of crushing cone swings with the force of eccentric shaft shell so that the surface of the crushing wall is close to the roll mortar wall from time to time. In this way, the ores and rocks will be pressed and crooked and crushed.
